You Might Think I'm Not Enjoying Football This Season

You might think I'm not enjoying football this season. With my Steelers 1-2 and the Herd 1-3 things could have gone better in September. But on a personal level I have enjoyed Sunday afternoons a whole lot. Landon my God-son plays for the Little Dragons in the B-Division of the St.Albans youth football league. The Dragons are 2-2 and Landon has got in the endzone twice this season. Yesterday he scored the game winning TD in a hard fought 8-6 victory over the Belle Bulldogs. I love to watch Landon play, he is an animal on defense and I'm very proud of him win or lose.
As for the Steelers, they will be ok. They always start slow and play much better when the world has written them off.
As for the Herd, the jury is still out. If they don't beat UCF next Wednesday night they are looking at a 2nd straight losing season.
